    when i was a kid I always got the fishing award and it got me mad.
    Now I'm almost an "old guy" and I still visit often during the summers. And.......many times you can find me by the lake.....fishing

    When I was a kid I got a lot of these awards for fishing and I thought that this was a crummy award. Now I'm almost an "old guy" and we still visit Midge and Alex often during the summer. You can usually find me at the lake......fishing!

    Steve.. Michael Markowitz emailed a picture of a kid with a "huge fish" standing on the island. I emailed it to Judy...I think I was trying to catch that sucker since 1959.

    over the years people have put fish into the lake. They now have largemouth bass and carp over 15 lbs.

    Remember when we were counselors and the parents brought all the counselors to the casino to complain. I think we were the only ones to escape. Jerry Cohen's mother told everyone that Jerry was finally behaving. We even had Hy's son Ross in the group and Steve Streeter and Peter Fine among others. Hy used to tell the counselors who the best tippers were.

    Jacky, remember that the kids we had we 4-6 boys. The first thing we did was to teach them how to tie their shoes so we didn't have to!!!

    FLORIN, its Larry your traveling partner.Glad to see your on board.Yes those summers were unforgetable, and our trip to Cala a blast.I left early when my girlfriends father got sick and things were bad .I would have perfered to stay on and travel.. Hope you make it to the hotel so we can catch up
