Either weekend works for me. My brother Sid says hello from outside Boulder Co where he is running the closest thing to a NYC bagel you can get in the rockies

I'm sorry, I don't remember the bakery but It's in Superior and the local paper did afull 2 page story on my brother and the history of bagels about 2 years ago. I can't place you. How old are you? My brother rarely goes on line.

Greg, My brother works in "the Whole in One Bagels" in Lewisville but you got to get there early he works midnite to 9 AM M-F and is probably the only ex NYC Union bagel baker in the whole state.
