Rock Hill Road Gang

Hi it's Mitch. I see that our Makowsky Maniacs are getting curious as to when? & where?
I think the best time to do this is in July on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, or 29th.
As to where? Please post your comments and let's see how this goes.

    Hi guys...when you post your comments...please indicate what dates are good, as well as logistics. This "weblog" has been up and running only one week and the response is amazing...we should all "give a yell, give a yell" you know the rest... to all of us Makowskians...remember the line from Stand by me.."     Hello Jo-ann , I'm not sure if you remember Ellen & I , but we also live in Weston . We also live in Savanna. WOW ....We should get together.

    Ellen is a pre-school teacher at our Temple We are living here about 10 yrs. I saw Glenn several yrs ago with Shari. Send him our regards .

    The Granit, Nevelle , Concord ....all closed. The only decent hotel left is Kutschers. What was the hotel by minnewaska ? Wait ...What about the Mohonk Hotel...

    Better yet lets ask a expert...Paige Makowsky. she knows the area now better than us. Maybe we can get a Makowsky frequent camper discount..Ha

    bobby, this is so strange. I didn't know that was you. My husband Joel is V.P of the DOI, I run the golf marshalls every year. When were you at Makowskys?

    we were on the road too and next to Bea and Shep, we had our own bungalow. I spoke to my dad a few minutes ago and he will try to remember the #. He remembers you. Every day a new memory comes to me. I never had so may things going on in my mind at once. This is the strangest week!

    bobby, do you remember people coming by and throwing water thru the windows. You would never know when it would happen. The adults were very weird back then. They actually were always having so much fun.

    I do remember the Kuglers but I don't know Ann or Florry. I was best friends with Jo-ann Sylvan for years. We are now talking and making plans to see each other. I will see you at the golf outing soon. Did you know that my grandmother and Frieda Makowsky were sisters? I can't wait to see all of this family that I haven't seen in years. Are you coming to the reunion?
