I wonder.....was it taken before Friday services, or before a talent show,or just before a burger and fries?

It took about an hour for me to get out of my time machine after this picture- how can it be that it has stayed the same? When I saw it I felt like I was holding my father's hand walking down the road on a Sunday morning, going in to pay up the week's charge account & watch him play pool.
At this point I have a burning question to ask those of you who still spend your summers in this wonderful place: do you think there are vacant bungalows?

We did the same thing ...Remember Memorial Weekend Folks. The teaser for the summer to come. Seeing each other again after almost a yr.

My Mom would scrub things and make a list of what was broken or not working.

I was really spoiled, my mom was so efficient at cleaning,etc. She did it all and me and Sid got to immediately play, if hot I would even be wearing bathing suit in the Rambler and right to the pool for a cannonball!
